TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All information was correct at the time of writing/sending, variations of information or pricing provided can change by the time of your appointment.

  • Treatment outcomes can vary from person to person, and our nurses or therapists may not always be able to provide the specific service you inquired about or booked. Before proceeding with any medical treatments, our team will conduct a thorough assessment, including taking your medical history, performing an examination, and discussing your needs. This process ensures that they are confident in your suitability for the procedure and comfortable with moving forward. 

Booking fee:

  • Depending on the treatment a booking fee of up to $150 may be charged

  • The booking fees are redeemable toward an in-clinic treatment/product only on the day of appointment.  

Cancellation Fee:

  • Cancellation fee of up to $150 applies to appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notification. 

  • Any appointment changes/cancellations under 24 hours' notice will incur 50% of the treatment fee.

  • If your appointment is scheduled less than 24 hours before your appointment time, a $150 cancellation fee does apply should you cancel the appointment. 

  • Not showing up to your appointment is deemed as cancelling your appointment and therefore will still incur at $150 fee to be taken. 

  • If you cancel within 48hours or not show to your appointment and have a concession and don't pay a $150 deposit, this amount will be deducted from your concession and will be required to pay at your next treatment. 

  • This is non-negotiable.

 

Children/minors/friends etc.

  • We advise all clients to kindly not bring any friends, or family to your appointment. Friends, or family cannot be accommodated inside the clinic, unless they also have an appointment. 

  • Only clients with appointments can be accommodated at their dedicated appointment time.

Treatment Fees:

  • Treatment fees can vary based on individual client factors, the expertise of the nurse or therapist, the products and technology used, and other variables. It is your responsibility to understand the costs associated with your chosen treatment before proceeding. Prices listed on our website are for general guidance and may change without notice. You are not required to proceed with the treatment on the day of your appointment if it does not fit your budget or if you choose not to undergo the procedure. Please note that by consenting to the procedure, you also agree to pay for it at the time of treatment. If you decide not to proceed after the consultation, a fee of $150 will be charged.

  • Some procedures will require a 50% deposit. Should you cancel your appointment 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  

Payment at Time of Service:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that payment is made for your account by either cash, Eftpos, credit card payment, zip pay or after pay. 

  • If you default on paying your account, interest on overdue invoices shall accrue daily from the date of your treatment. This shall be calculated at a rate of 5% per calendar month and such interest shall compound monthly at this rate until any judgement or full payment of invoice is made. 

  • If you default on any agreed payment plan of any outstanding invoices, Reve Skin + Beauty  will be indemnified against any debt including legal costs, which include Reve Skin + Beauty ’s and your own solicitor, and any Debt Collection Agency costs.

 

Dermal Fillers

  • Please note at Reve Skin + Beauty , we do not offer less than half ml of dermal fillers.

  • Should you require less than half ml of dermal filler, you pay for the price of half ml. 

  • The remainder of the dermal filler will be discarded, or your nurse may suggest other areas for the product to be placed for enhancement. 

  • You are under no obligation to use the remainder of the product.

Laser / Energy Based Device Procedures:

  • Clients coming for a laser procedure should refrain from tanning, spray tan/natural tan etc for at least four weeks before your procedure. 

  • A consultation fee of $100 will be applicable if the procedure will have to be postponed due to tanning or change in medical conditions (cold sores etc.), medication (e.g Roaccutane etc.)

 

Suitability for treatment:

  • Reve Skin + Beauty does not accept all patients for treatment. Some clients are unsuitable for the procedures performed at Reve Skin + Beauty . 

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel further management of any patient if in the clinical opinion of the nurse/therapist, the client is unsuited for further care. 

  • Reve Skin + Beauty offers no guarantee or warranty that any procedure will benefit the client or have guaranteed outcomes. 

  • As a client at Reve Skin + Beauty, you acknowledge that there is no guarantee of results for any procedure. 

  • Whilst every effort is made to achieve desired outcomes you as the client understand that these are not guaranteed. 

  • Satisfaction rates of all procedures performed at Reve Skin + Beauty  are very high.

 

Refund Policy:

  • As there is no guarantee with treatments offered at Face by SM, it is essential that the client understands procedures are not an exact science. Every individual body is different and may react differently. 

  • Whatever the outcome, the product and or service has been provided, and it is therefore not possible for Reve Skin + Beauty or the consulting nurse/therapist to refund procedure fees.  This is non-negotiable. 

  • Reve Skin + Beauty will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the client requests and desires, however no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any procedure performed.

  • We do not offer any refunds on products purchased. Any refund requests on products will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

Credit Card Levy:

  • Payments made by credit card will incur the current credit card surcharge at time of payment.

 

Medications/ Change in Medical History:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform Reve Skin + Beauty  when there is a change in their medical history (e.g. pregnancy, cold sores etc) and medication (e.g. Roaccutane etc). Should you come on the day of your appointment and the nurse/therapist is unable to perform the procedure due to your medical condition or medications, a consultation fee of $100 will be applicable.

  • In the unlikely event of an unforeseen emergency involving the care of the patient, the patient will be evacuated to a hospital at the discretion of attending paramedics. All costs relating to the transfer and care of the patient remain the responsibility of the patient. Please advise your treating nurse/therapist of any procedures, medication either oral or topical that you are currently or have recently taken or used.

 

Review of procedure

  • Review of procedures are done at two, four, or eight weeks post treatment depending on the procedure, except in the case of cosmetic emergencies, for example vascular occlusion or infection which will be seen immediately, as an emergency. 

  • Asymmetry, typical post treatment swelling, lumpiness etc. will not be reviewed for at least two to four weeks unless advised otherwise by the nurse. 

  • Unless there are signs of infections or other serious complications, no reviews will take place before the advised review time frame.

Dissolving of Dermal fillers

  • Should the client request to dissolve any dermal fillers performed at Reve Skin + Beauty , a minimum of four weeks after the procedure is required before assessment, and the cost of dissolving the dermal filler starts from $350 per treatment. You may require approximately three sessions. Each session will cost approximately $350. Our nurse reserves the right to decline the treatment of hyalase if they think it is unsafe or not in the client’s best interest or if they wish to cease the client relationship.

 

Photography

  • Every patient will have photography during their initial consultation. In making an appointment at the clinic, patients are consenting to this part of the normal procedure of the clinic. 

  • Photographs will also be taken again when advised by the nurse/therapist.  Any photographic content utilised for Reve Skin + Beauty social media platforms may be de-identified at the client’s request and will only be used when given expressed approval from the client.  

Patient arrivals

  • In consideration for all patients, if a patient arrives unreasonably late to their appointment, it is up to the treating nurse/therapists discretion to see the client as their appointment may be deemed a no-show and liable to the $150 cancellation fee.  

 

Ceasing the clinic/patient relationship

  • Reve Skin + Beauty nurse/therapists reserve the right to cease the clinic/client relationship at any time.  All matters will be addressed and resolved in the best interests of all parties involved.

 

Asymmetry

  • All humans are asymmetrical. Our nurse/therapists will do our best to meet realistic expectations of clients desired outcomes. All corrections of asymmetry post treatment are at the cost of the patient. Reve Skin + Beauty does not offer any complimentary treatments in the case of asymmetry.

 

Racism, hate speech, threats and cyber bullying

  • Racism, hate speech, threats and cyberbullying will not be tolerated by our clinic. Reve Skin + Beauty staff reserve the right to cease the clinic/client relationship immediately should a client or a proxy of a patient not adhere to this policy.
